2. What personal data we process

Depending on how you communicate with us, we may process in particular:

When you use the website, technical data required for its operation and security may also be processed, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested URL, your device or browser type, and technical server logs.

Please do not send us special categories of personal data or other sensitive data through the form unless strictly necessary.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Handling your enquiry and preparing an offer

We use the data you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone to handle your enquiry, check date availability, prepare an offer, and communicate about a possible order.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

If you contact us on behalf of a company, school, municipality, agency or other organisation, processing your work contact details may also be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in communicating with customers, business partners and their representatives.

Fulfilling an order

If you place an order for a service, we process your data to the extent necessary to communicate, organise and carry out the booked performance or service.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract.

Accounting, tax and other legal obligations

We may also process data to issue and keep records of accounting and tax documents and to fulfil other obligations under applicable law.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

Security and technical operation of the website

We may process technical data and server logs to secure the website, diagnose technical issues, protect against misuse, and respond to security incidents.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website.

4. Contact form and the Web3Forms service

The contact form on the website uses the technical service Web3Forms.

The data you fill in the form is sent through Web3Forms and then delivered to the controller.

According to the currently published information from the Web3Forms provider, individual form submissions themselves are not stored permanently; they are processed and forwarded to a designated email address. The provider also states that its technical server logs may contain personal data and that it periodically deletes these logs.

Web3Forms states that its servers are located in the US-East region in the United States of America and that the service is a product of Web3Creative, a company registered in India.

Using the contact form may therefore involve technical processing of data outside the European Economic Area.

Further information about data protection and processing by Web3Forms is available in that provider's own documentation and privacy policy.

5. External services and content

The website may use external technical services and content.

Google Fonts

To ensure a consistent visual appearance of text, the website may load fonts through the Google Fonts service.

When external fonts are loaded, your browser may establish a connection to Google's servers, which can involve the transfer of technical data, in particular your IP address and information about your browser or device.

YouTube

The website contains a video made available through YouTube.

The external YouTube player is only loaded after a visitor interacts with the video. Once loaded, Google/YouTube may process technical data and use cookies or similar technologies under its own rules.

Further information is also provided in the Cookie Policy.

6. Recipients of personal data

We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary.

Recipients or categories of recipients may include in particular:

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Transfer of personal data to third countries

Some technical service providers used on the website may process data outside the European Economic Area.

This applies in particular to Web3Forms, whose servers, according to the provider's own information, are located in the United States of America, and to Google's services.

International data transfers are subject to the rules of Chapter V GDPR and the relevant mechanisms and safeguards used by those providers.

Information on data processing and international transfer mechanisms is available in the privacy policies of the respective providers.

8. Retention period

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

If an enquiry does not result in an order, we may keep data from ordinary business communication for up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a specific legal or legitimate reason requires longer retention.

If an order is placed, we keep the data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and to protect legal claims.

We keep accounting and tax documents for the periods required by law, generally 10 years.

Technical server logs are kept according to the security and retention rules of the relevant technical service provider.

Web3Forms states in its documentation that it does not permanently store form submissions and periodically deletes its technical server logs approximately every two months.

9. Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have in particular the right to:

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can exercise your rights at: info@mrbubble.sk

10. Supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with:

Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic)
Galvaniho Business Centrum II
Galvaniho 7/B
821 04 Bratislava
Slovenská republika

11. Is providing personal data mandatory?

Providing data through the contact form is voluntary.

However, some data - in particular your name, email address and the content of your message - is needed so that we can identify your enquiry and respond to it.

Without the necessary contact details, we may not be able to handle your enquiry.

12. Children's data

The contact form is intended for people who book or ask about Mr. Bubble's services - typically parents, legal guardians, event organisers or representatives of organisations.

It is not necessary to provide the personal data of specific children through the contact form.

Please do not send children's personal data unless it is strictly necessary to handle a specific request.

13. Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data for automated individual decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them.

14. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

Communication with the website is secured via HTTPS.

15. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice, in particular when applicable law, the services we use, or the way we process personal data changes.

The current version will always be available on this page together with its effective date.
